Ever since I got to visit the Salvador Dali museum in St Petersburg, Florida (what a random place for the largest Dali collection in the world, right?), I've gone through a little fascination stage with his works. So, naturally, I was delighted to spot these photos on styleite.com. They are a collection of Vogue covers that he produced between 1930 and 1970. I love how you can tell which are from what time because of his aesthetic changes. Especially the last one where he had clearly moved away from the styles of his famed surrealistic pieces into the that of his Master Works, all of which, I believe, are in the St Petersburg museum.
From top, year: 1939, 1944, 1946, 1971
Thanks! I thought it was a fun thing to share :)
