The Saint Laurent Girl

Call it masochism, but I so love making these wish lists (entirely in vain, obviously). The most affordable thing here is the sweater from Uniqlo. After that, I cant vouch for realism. Particularly the blazer... McQueen isn't known for being budget friendly.  But hey, the boots are on sale! These make me choke up a little, I love them so much. The silhouette is just perfect. Leave it to Marant to create the perfect leather belt and Mulberry to deliver the ultimate crossbody. In fact, I'm going to encourage my lovely mother to procure a pre-loved one of these for my birthday. The jeans are form Frame which I've heard so much about. And so much better than the cherry on top, the Maison Michel. Yes, please.
Anyway, I guess it's clear that I am really inspired by the new Saint Laurent Paris. Rag on Heidi all you want but the essences of his first collection for the iconic Y(?)SL can be seen all over blogs and streets. Though most everyone seems to have condemned the designer and his collection, I implore everyone to get off their critically influenced asses and stop lying. Everyone and their mother now has a wide-brimmed fedora, and they all look fabulous thanks to M. Slimane. Perhaps I only see what I want to see, but I would proudly be une fille a la Saint Laurent!
