Yes, you heard it here first. I'M GOING CAMPING TOMORROW. And yes, all-caps was warranted, I'm that excited. I think this is the kind of thing you would wear if you were doing the kind of "camping" that includes a blow-up mattress and a Diptyque outdoor candle. It's really a shame it doesn't repel bugs, that would be slightly epic. So, Step one? T-shirt from Madewell that looks so comfortable and is pretty adorable all on it's own. Next you add a Thomas Mason gingham tux shirt because, honestly, what kind of camper would I be without some kind of plaid? NOT a happy one. Then a leather jacket from Valentino to keep warm. Or just to make you feel expensive... Practicality isn't looking so appealing at the moment. For your nether-regions, a pair of baggy denim shorts are perfect: denim is probably just as important as the plaid. In fact, I had to stop myself from throwing in a white denim vest in there somewhere. Next some Dannijo to spice it up. An Alexander Wang backpack to carry your extra layers (hah!) and the likes. These super (see what I did there?) sweet Superga sneaks are possibly the only practical thing on this list, the likes of which I plan to acquire soon. Very soon. And finally, to pull all those red tones together, some Miu Miu sunnies. You can go ahead and file those in the same category as the Supergas. Well, do to the fact that I am acutely aware of the increasing heaviness of my eye-lids, I think I'm going to call it a night. You know why I need my beauty sleep?? huh, huh, do ya? It's because I'm going CAMPING tomorrow! Well I'll leave you with that bit of news.
