Is it too much to ask to skip ahead a year?
Though the line lacked a certain cohesiveness, what with some looks bordering a little too much on resort wear, while others seem to be frolicking deeper into fall, I found myself wanting to look closer at each piece. (That's a good thing, though my bank account would probably beg to differ.) I even came in dangerous proximity of attempting to pet my computer screen. Particularly when I spotted the dress with the densely ruffled skirt. I do admire the variety in the line. They were really quite clever in mixing such strong, clean, minimalist separates with voluminous, couture-esqe pieces. As you can see, I was more drawn to the looks sporting that incredible black/white/grey printed fabric (subdued ombre anyone?), but I really couldn't resist throwing in that burgundy furry skirt.
