Summer Lovin

Our spring here in Austin has been weirdly cool so far. But I know it's short lived... Thought you tricked me Weather, didn't you? Well not this time! Like how I capitalized weather like it's a proper noun? Yeah, I knew you would. So anyways, these are the things that I must have to survive what is sure to be a wickedly hot summer. The classic Saint James sweater/shirt/knit/AWESOMENESS hybrid that every person in the whole world should undoubtedly own is first up. I consider Breton stripes to be a neutral. A great pair of denim cut-offs is a staple as well. These by Elizabeth and James seem to be the ideal wash and frayed-ness. Yes, that is a word because I just made it up. A comfy black bralette is perfect for the heat, along with a feather-weight gray tank. White sunglasses are really calling my name lately, especially these by Super. Walkable wedges are essential for when you aren't wearing the Supergas. (I must have them, immediately) So perhaps these by Reed Krakoff aren't exactly walk-able, but I love the architectural aspect to them. Cross the tinted lip-balm off the list, it's already on it's way to me. And last,but definitely not least, is a swimsuit. Probably the most important thing on the list... Unless you hate fun. I hope you don't.
